CRS Nutrition was created by Cara so that she could be the person to other women that she needed during her fertility journey. Witnessing the positive impact of nutrition and lifestyle changes, she decided to create CRS Nutrition. The branding for CRS Nutrition aims to capture attention and celebrate the strength of women. Incorporating a sense of joy was also important and this has been conveyed through the colour palette and use of illustrations. The branding stands out in a crowd and gives a feeling of resilience and power. The typefaces also help to portray this message. This approach emphasises that maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be boring and that wellness is fun and colourful. We want to strongly represent women and help them claim back their power.
